Layer 1

Cushion Coat (First Layer) – The first cushion coat initiates the shock-absorbing structure, reducing surface hardness and enhancing comfort underfoot.

Layer 3

Cushion Coat (Second Layer) – This layer deepens the cushioning system and adds more resilience. It makes the court softer and maintain consistent bounce and feel across the playing surface.

Layer 4

Cushion Coat (Third Layer) – The third layer adds more flexibility and comfort to the sports court system, reducing player fatigue during long play.

Layer 5

Cushion Coat (Fourth Layer) – Fourth layer makes the court even softer and improves the shock absorption, reducing impact on knees and joints and safer and longer play.

Layer 6

Cushion Coat (Fifth Layer) – Fourth layer makes the court even softer and improves the shock absorption, reducing impact on knees and joints and safer and longer play.

Layer 7

Color Coat (First Layer) – Color coat layer improves UV resistance and helps protect the underlying cushion system from wear and exposure.

Layer 8

Color Coat (Second Layer) – The final layer seals the surface with consistent color finish and a non-slip texture while ensuring durability against weather, abrasion, and heavy foot traffic.
